In accordance with the official national holiday arrangements and our company’s operational schedule, we are writing to inform you of our 2026 Chinese New Year holiday arrangements as follows:

1. Holiday Period

The company will be closed from Saturday, 14 February 2026 to Monday, 23 February 2026 inclusive, with a total of 10 days’ holiday.

We will resume normal business on Tuesday, 24 February 2026.

To ensure the smooth shipment of your goods before the holiday and avoid any delays, please note the following reminders:

Deadline for Pre‑holiday Shipments:

During the holiday: Our domestic warehouse will suspend physical operations. A dedicated on‑duty team will be available to handle urgent matters. You may contact us via email and WhatsApp.

Post‑holiday Resumption: With effect from 24 February (8th day of the Lunar New Year), all business, operations and customer service teams will resume full normal working arrangements.
